Paul Taylor has worked in the door/ironmongery industry for over 20 years, working for a portfolio of industry leaders.

Paul’s most recent experience has been managing the UK Door operation for Westag & Getalit AG, working directly with some of the UK's leading Architects, Contractors and Ironmongery specification companies to provide high quality door solutions to a range of clients from hotel chains, to hospitals, to high value individuals homes. Paul’s previous work experience also includes working for Allgood, working mainly with London based projects such as Canary Wharf and  Shapland & Petter Ltd where he first began to learn about the complexity and technicality of door/frame specification and construction. This then led to experience in access control solutions, and becoming fully qualified to the recognised Diploma in Architectural Ironmongery.

Unhinged Consulting has since been formed to be the link between door and ironmongery manufacturer. Paul will create fully working specifications for the client, following the project from initial concept stage through to the project being delivered and installed on site. Paul’s knowledge and experience allows him to offer the very best a client could expect.
